Terms & Conditions

Write the poem yourself or with friends. Be sure that entries are around 300 words, long ones or short (words that is). Submit via our webpage and we will print for submission to judges. Poems can come from any individuals, you do not need to be a Rotarian. If you are a Rotarian please state name and club. Clubs are invited to collaborate together and send a club submission. All copyrights are retained by the writer,  with permission given to the eClub of Innovation to have publishing rights, and include or reproduce the text/illustrations in any format, for the purposes of publicity, promotion or fundraising. Permission is also granted  to [unless the owner writes to us to the contrary]  for any or all submissions to be published, including becoming part of an e-book or hard copy of poems. A list of winners will be sent via email to everyone who enters. Also published on this website. The entry categories will be:-

  • Create hope in the world
  • Romance
  • Comedy
  • Adventure
  • Pathos

One poem will be chosen from all the entries and crowned Rotary Poet of the Year. Income raised, less any expenses incurred in hosting this event will be donated to the Rotary eClub charitable activities and ring fenced for that purpose.
